By accessing or using ROASRadar.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organisations.

2. Description of Service

ROASRadar.ai is an AI-powered Google Ads management platform. The Service connects to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API (using OAuth 2.0) to retrieve campaign data and provide AI-generated insights and recommendations. ROASRadar.ai does not make changes to your Google Ads campaigns without your explicit action.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

5. Google Ads API and OAuth

To use core features, you must grant ROASRadar.ai permission to access your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0. By granting this permission:

• You authorise ROASRadar.ai to read your Google Ads account data (campaigns, metrics, reports) solely to provide the Service.
• You acknowledge that your use of Google Ads is also governed by the Google Ads Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
• You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account permissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
• Circumvent any authentication, access control, or security measures.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates Google's policies or terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

Insights, recommendations, and analysis generated by the AI features of the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advertising, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your data) belong to ROASRadar.ai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROASRadar.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ROASRadar.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
